IMMIGRATION INFORMATION UPDATE AND NOTIFICATIONS

 

All foreigners are bound to inform the immigration authority on the following:

 

- Change of work place, marital status, name, address and nationality

 

 

OBLIGATIONS OF COMPANIES HIRE FOREIGNERS BEFORE IMMIGRATION AUTHORITIES

 

Individuals and companies are bound to register and obtain a CERTIFICATE OF REGISTER AS EMPLOYER

 

Without this certification, the employer MAY NOT:

 

- Hire foreigners;

 

- Process the annual renewal authorization for foreigners who are working for the employer;

 

The employer must also comply annually with the Update to the Certification of Register as Employer.

 

 

ISSUANCE AND RETURN OF SURETY BOND

 

Applicable to companies or individuals who must comply with economic sureties for the authorization of visas derived from the custody and release of foreigners arrested by Immigration Authorities.

 

 

MEXICAN NATURALIZATION
